Family
Law: One of the primary focus areas of
our firm, our attorneys work with individuals to
resolve the many legal issues that arise in
family-related situations. This includes
everything from helping resolve disputes between
family members, such as in the case of a divorce, to
supporting couples with the necessary paperwork to
adopt a child (in certain situations). Being a
very sensitive and often emotionally charged area of
the law, our attorneys work with dedication and
compassion to resolve your legal issues with the least
possible impact on everyone involved.

Estate Planning
& Administration:
Our attorneys also work with clients to develop a plan
and prepare the proper documents to protect their
families and their wealth in the event they die or
become seriously injured, including Last Will and
Testaments, Powers of Attorney, and Trusts. We also
work with clients to aid with the transfer and
succession of their businesses at death.
When
family members die, the estate administration and
probate process can be a confusing and time consuming
process. Our attorneys support clients in this
area by handling the majority of the filing and
paperwork for the probate process, working with
creditors of the estate, and making certain that the
property of the estate is properly divided between the
beneficiaries. We also represent individuals in
cases where a family member's Last Will & Testament or
other estate planning documents are being contested
due to possible fraud, undue influence, or other
problems with the documents.
Additionally, in the case of clients who have children
or family members with special needs, our attorneys
work with clients and their family members to help
secure the long-term financial security of these
individuals and ensure that their eligibility for
governmental benefits are preserved.
